The article identifies various resources, from checking your voter status at <a title=\"192.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.192.com\">192.com<\/a> to researching your current MP at <a title=\"They Work For You website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theyworkforyou.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">They Work For You<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With less than 24 hours till polling, this post is a little late, but I\u2019d like to highlight a couple of excellent resources the have emerging from digital accessibility communities via Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>First up, consider the excellent work by Elena Newly (via Twitter <a title=\"Elena Newly on Twitter\" href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/AutismWales\" target=\"_blank\">@AutismWales<\/a>) who has worked to provide <a title=\"Easy Read Manifestos\" href=\"http:\/\/planetmouretfilms.blogspot.com\/p\/easy-read-manifestos.html\">Easy-Read summaries of all the political Parties\u2019 manifestos<\/a>.  These Easy-Read documents are designed for learning disabled adults and those involved with the LD community. She has also created an <a title=\"Easy Read Leaders Debate\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/30506010\/leadersdebateeasyreadb\" target=\"_blank\">Easy-Read Summary of the second TV Leaders\u2019 Debate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, consider the election resources available from the <a title=\"British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bslbt.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust<\/a> .
