Although a draft, the WAI promise that the document will soon be updated to reflect best practice.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/WAI\/intro\/people-use-web.php\">Introduction to &#8220;How People with Disabilities Use the Web&#8221;<\/a> (2009-04-22) provides a  stable reference that will always link to the latest version of the main document.<\/p>\n<p>At first glance this looks like a great introduction to accessible practice for web designers and developers trying to understand the kinds of barriers disabled people can face online.
